Renown Swiss watchmaker Rolex has been signed as the Official Timing Partner of the Bloodhound Project in its attempt to break the Land Speed Record in 2013. The team led by Richard Noble OBE will try setting a new record of 1,000mph in South Africa two years from now, and Rolex will be supporting them in their efforts.
