FIA President: "Formula One Costs Too Much"

FIA President Jean Todt has suggested that Formula One's future RRA (Resource Restriction Agreement) may be in doubt over teams being unable to make a deal.

The former Rally co-driver argues that if Formula One teams fail to reach a "gentleman agreement" about cost cutting, there's nothing the FIA can do about it.
